Telecoaching – Business Planning

Will 2013 be your breakout year?  Your business plan is your roadmap to success.  It includes your reason for doing what you do and how you will accomplish it.  A business plan includes a vision, mission, goals, and key performance indicators.  Join one of our telecoaching groups and work with your peers to build a great business plan so that you can improve your practice and do a better job of blending your personal and business life. (Group size is limited to 4-6 participants.)

Learn more about how to buy or sell a practice; participate in one of our webinars that will provide you with the information you need to prepare your practice for sale, or get your practice in shape in order to acquire one.  Hear from advisors who have either sold a practice or bought one.

Telecoaching –Staging Your Practice

Join a telecoaching group with other advisors to learn what you need to do to get ready to buy or sell a practice.  This program is loaded with practical ideas and information that you will need to be more attractive in this very competitive marketplace.  Learn how to stage and present your practice to a buyer or seller and find the perfect fit for your practice.  There are two types of groups: one for sellers and one for buyers.
